The Osceola Chapter, NSDAR was organized September 9, 1926 and received its charter May 28, 1930. The chapter was named for Osceola, brave military leader of the Seminole Indians.
Our chapter has patriots representing 14 states, and all but one of the original 13 colonies.
We currently have over 100 members. Our oldest Daughter has been a member of the DAR for 69 years, and we have 7 members with 40 years or more with DAR. We continue to welcome new members every year.
We meet monthly October – May on the 1st week of the month on Saturday.
